FR | Depuis 1989, les vocalistes Peter Eldridge, Kim Nazarian, Darmon Meader et Lauren Kinhan ont fait le tour du monde, se constituant une base de fans fidèles sous le nom de New York Voices. Grâce à de nombreux enregistrements, des nominations aux Grammy® Awards et des collaborations avec des artistes tels que le Count Basie Orchestra, Paquito D'Rivera et le Dizzy Gillespie All-Star Big Band, les New York Voices sont restés fidèles à leur passion pour l'art du chant jazz harmonique et sont considérés comme la référence absolue dans le domaine du chant.
Les New York Voices ont récemment annoncé leur intention de prendre leurs retraites d'ici la fin de l'année 2026 : « Après avoir créé et nourri cette famille musicale pendant 38 ans, nous avons parcouru le monde entier, nous nous sommes produits sur des scènes grandes et petites, et avons créé des projets qui nous tiennent à cœur. Nous sommes extrêmement reconnaissants des opportunités que nos voix nous ont offertes et nous serons éternellement redevables à nos fans, groupes, labels, agents, managers, avocats, promoteurs, ingénieurs du son, collègues enseignants, étudiants, amis et familles d'avoir partagé ces aventures avec nous. Il a fallu tout un monde pour concrétiser notre rêve, et nous en sommes conscients ! »
Leur concert à l’Artikuss, ensemble avec le Luxembourg Jazz Orchestra (Big Band), fera partie de la tournée d'adieu des New York Voices, baptisée « The Grand Finale ».

The New York Voices recently announced their plan to retire by the end of 2026 : "Having created and nurtured this musical family for the past 38 years, it has taken us all over the world to stages large and small, and created projects near and dear to us. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunities our voices have afforded us and will be forever indebted to our fans, bands, labels, agents, managers, lawyers, promoters, sound persons, education colleagues, students, friends and families for sharing the adventures with us. It has taken a village to manifest our good fortune and we know it!"

Wir sind unglaublich dankbar für die Möglichkeiten, die uns unsere Stimmen eröffnet haben. Wir werden unseren Fans, Bands, Labels, Agenten, Managern, Anwälten, Promotern, Tontechnikern, Kollegen aus dem Bildungsbereich, Studenten, Freunden und Familien für immer zu Dank verpflichtet sein, dass sie dieses Abenteuer mit uns geteilt haben. Es hat ein „ganzes Dorf“ gebraucht, um unser Glück zu verwirklichen, und das wissen wir!“
Das Konzert im Artikuss zusammen mit dem Luxembourg Jazz Orchestra (Big Band), ist Teil der Abschiedstournee der New York Voices mit dem Titel „The Grand Finale“.
